Safer Internet Day – Be the Change: Unite for a Better Internet

Today, February 7, 2017 is Safer Internet Day!

Safer Internet Day is organized every year to promote safe and responsible use of the internet, particularly for children and young people worldwide.

This year’s theme is “Be the Change:  Unite for a Better Internet”…emphasizing that ALL OF US must get involved to make the internet a better place!  Now more than ever, all of us must work together to use the internet to bridge what divides people online!

For our part, we will continue posting our #OnlineThreat and information, in our continuing drive to make the internet safer for the businesses and people we serve…plus posts  focusing on our youth this special day!  Be sure to follow @BansheeCloud  on Twitter!

We’ve always pointed out to our clients that EVERYONE…management and employees…parents, educators and children…must work together to keep our computing experience safe.  We bring work home from the office and from school and vice versa.  We interact with each other online throughout the day.   We are so interconnected that it becomes important for us to protect each other.  We must make sure that everyone…at home, at school, and at work is protected from those who seek to harm us and take from us.  Because what is at stake is more than our data, our financial information, and our work.  Indeed our very sense of self is at risk unless we unite to make our online experiences safe and fulfilling!

Please visit or the US site at to learn how you can participate.

Be Safe, Be a Force That Unites…and Most of All, Have Fun!
