2 Million ADP, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Gmail, and Yahoo Passwords Stolen!

virusPasswords have been stolen for 2 million accounts worldwide.  ADP, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter told CNNMoney they have notified and reset passwords for compromised users.  No response from Google or Yahoo.

We recommend that you:

1.  Check your email for notifications from these social media and services.

2. If you don’t see any warnings, log in to ADP, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.  If ANY of these accounts have been reset, we recommend you update your anti-malware software and run a full scan immediately.

3.  It probably is a good idea to update your anti-malware software and make sure your daily scan runs in the next 24 hours.

4. If you don’t have any anti-malware software, contact us right away or get a free trial here (ask for ant-malware in the comments and we’ll send a link to download the software immediately):

DON’T DELAY IN ACTING.  The malware being used is a keylogger and if the hackers wanted to, they could lock you out and impersonate you.
